How long will it take my order to ship?

We aim to process orders in 10-15 business days. If you have placed an order and haven't received a shipping notification within 15 business days, please send us an email at Hello@GardenPartyNeedlepoint.com

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of painted needlepoint canvases, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will try to make it right for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
